1. General

2. The Service

  1. Respond provides a platform for managing customer communication over messaging channels (such as WhatsApp), including setup, onboarding, support and related services, as detailed in the price quote or on the pricing page.
  2. The scope of the service, the package and the price are set in the price quote or payment request sent to the customer.
  3. Use of third-party channels (such as WhatsApp Business) is also subject to that third party's terms. The Company is not responsible for changes, blocks or restrictions originating with the third party.

3. Prices and Payment

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  2. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damage. In any event, the Company's liability will not exceed the amount actually paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event.

6. Privacy
