Respond.io is a cloud-based solution running on Amazon Web Services (AWS). All stored and transmitted data is encrypted, securely stored and backed up on servers that meet the latest SSAE reporting standards. Systems are protected against DDoS and hardened with firewalls.
Respond.io data is encrypted both in transit to and from the service and at rest. 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption is used in transit, and data at rest is protected with 256-bit AES encryption.
