The cost of WhatsApp is not included in the Respond subscription. However, you can add WhatsApp credit directly on our platform. Meta will deduct your credit each month for conversations that are not service-related. For more information and to estimate costs, you can use our WhatsApp Business API pricing calculator.

Monthly active contacts are contacts who have sent or received a message (excluding broadcasts) or made or received a call during the billing month. We charge based on monthly active contacts to better align with your success and provide a transparent, value-driven service. Our approach is designed to support your growth: as you succeed and expand, we grow alongside you, ensuring our services scale efficiently to meet your evolving needs.

If you exceed your monthly active contact (MAC) limit, your operations will not be interrupted. Instead, you will be charged on-demand for each additional block of 100 MACs. The rate is \$12 per 100 MACs on the Growth plan and \$15 per 100 MACs on the Advanced plan. This charge will be applied at the end of your billing cycle. Please note that on-demand MACs are intended for temporary or seasonal usage spikes. If you require a permanent increase, upgrading your plan is more cost-effective.

Our 7-day free trial provides immediate access to all features of the Growth plan for 5 users and 1,000 monthly active contacts, excluding broadcasts. Please note that certain features, such as topping up your WhatsApp Business account, require a subscription.
